Historical Facts 

• Rhythm Nation samples the bridging guitar riff from 'Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)' by Sly & The Family Stone
• 'Respect' is a cover of Aretha Franklin's 1967 version, which in itself is a cover of Otis Redding's 1965 original version (so, 'Respect' was originally written from a man's perspective)
• Where are they now? Adeva currently teaches middle school in North Carolina
• The 'Waterfall' remix was actually from 91 but I included it here since it was rereleased in 89 as 'Waterfall '89' and this is a great mix
• 'C'Mon And Get My Love' was Cathy Dennis' recording before having a successful solo recording career
